| Target Professionals: | Dentists This course is offered to the dental professional of Intermediate to Advanced LEVEL. It is recommended that all participants are professionals that either restore or place implants. The design of this course is constructed in a manner so that every club member can slowly advance at their own pace throughout the year. However, the more knowledge you have the more you can get out of this specific IMPLANT Mentoring Club. By the end of this study club the "entry level member" will have a solid understanding of the realm of Implant Dentistry, while the "advanced level professional" will improve his/her treatment planning ability, surgical & restorative decision making and techniques. |

| Brief Description: | This cutting edge interactive program is designed for those dental professionals who desire to enrich their knowledge and improve their treatment planning abilities in the field of Implant Dentistry. Topics will include: Implant Site Development; Surgical Implant Placement; Restorative Abutment Selection; Ridge Preservation & Augmentation; Lab Procedures & how to avoid pitfalls; Guided Bone Regeneration; Risk Management & Trouble Shooting; Advanced Therapies & Strategies including CT Guided Implant Placement with "Nobel Guide" Software, the new & exciting Nobel ACTIVE implant etc. High quality movies & photos will be utilized for our sessions to improve the understanding in these procedures. At least one hands-on session on models regarding restorative implant dentistry will be included by the end of the academic year. Participants will be encouraged to present interesting cases for discussion. |
