Participants will be introduced to the surgical and esthetic restorative phases of single implants (although cases that require 2 adjacent implants will be discussed). The fundamental rationale will be presented on treatment planning, radiographic assessment, choosing the appropriate implant, risk factors, abutment selection, surgical placement, bone grafting, esthetic considerations and occlusion. Participants will perform hands-on surgeries under 1 on 1 supervision on their own patient! Suitable patients have been pre-screened and are available for dentist participants Contact us if you are out of town and need a patient for this course. After osseointegration takes place, the participants will continue with the restorative phase of treatment.
