| Educational Objectives : |
At the completion of this course, participants will:
- Describe and Identify pertinent anatomic landmarks clinically and radiographically and how they influence our surgical decisions
- Understand and implement the concept of “Restoratively Driven Implant & Bone Grafting Dentistry”, which involves the critical component of Soft Tissue Management and Grafting.
- Understand the role of Cone Beam CT Scans in implant Treatment Planning and identifying anatomic dangers or treatment risks
- Understand how the ridge anatomy relates to designing our bone grafting and soft tissue grafting procedures to promote successful implant treatments
- Describe indications & contra-indications/risks for advanced soft tissue and bone grafting
- Surgically treatment plan complex cases for removable and fixed implant supported prostheses
- Use Piezo-electric Surgery to enhance their surgical techniques
- Identify the optimal patient for each procedure and improve their case selection process
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and strategies for planning and treating their implant cases.
